For jewelry orders we partner with UPS so your package arrives as quickly and safely as possible. We ship out of our Los Angeles office and depending on delivery location, shipping can take between 1-6 business days, with most locations being 1-4. Click here to view the UPS Ground Map. Yes, we do! We currently ship domestically and to Europe, Australia, Canada, and Brazil. For international orders, please allow 5-7 additional business days for your package to arrive. The price for international shipping is calculated at checkout and varies based on your country. We partnered with DHL International to provide the best rates possible and the price for shipping will vary depending on the receiving country.
In the US, standard shipping is via UPS Ground and is free for orders over $300; there is a flat rate shipping charge of $10.00 for orders under $300. Domestic expedited shipping options are available through UPS: 2-Day Air is a flat $30 and Next Day Air is $50. International shipments are sent through DHL and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Duties and taxes for international shipments vary based on the receiving country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Because jewelry is precious (and oftentimes expensive), we reserve the right to require signature upon delivery. We would hate to see your package end up in the wrong hands. If your package is lost in transit, please email us right away at email@example.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days, we will replace your order free of charge (US only). For International orders, please contact your local DHL office for information on how to file a claim as we are unable to replace lost packages from international orders. Please note that Vrai & Oro is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
Returns & Warranties
We offer returns up to 30 days from receiving. We currently do not offer exchanges at this moment, but feel free to use your refund towards the correct piece or size if you choose to.

We include a six month warranty and would be happy to repair any damages within this period. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones. If you take a piece of string and wrap it around your finger, make a mark where it meets. From there, you can measure with a ruler and compare to a chart online. For best results, we do recommend ordering a ring sizer here.
Yes. Our rings run true to size, with the exception of our Thick Stacking Ring. Because of the height of this piece, we recommend going a half to a full size up from your normal ring size.
