+ Head of Marketing

V&O is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to oversee all digital marketing/PR needs as well as coordinate in-house marketing campaigns. This role will both manage & collaborate with the content team and report directly to the Creative Director. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on creative who likes to use both sides of the brain.

Location:  Downtown Los Angeles
Availability: Full-time 


Responsibilities

  • Monitor analytics (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google Ads)
  • Provide weekly digital marketing & user acquisition report
  • Coordinate with PR
  • Plan product releases & implement calendar for internal team
  • Create compelling brand stories & identify new opportunities for growth

 

Qualifications

  • 2-4 year experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Facebook & Instagram Ads (Adwords a plus)
  • Basic design editing capabilities (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

+ Fulfillment Associate

V&O is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to be responsible for the accurate, disciplined and timely execution of order processing, returns and exchanges, inventory control processes, and reporting. This role is part of the team responsible for ensuring a flawless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a attentive to detail, self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to grow with our expanding company.

Location:  Downtown Los Angeles
Availability: 
Part-Time with possibility of Full-time 


Responsibilities

  • Efficiently, accurately, and carefully pick and pack orders
  • Assist in all inbound and outbound warehouse responsibilities: receiving, shipping, equipment management, and handling distribution and storage of all product and supplies.
  • Lead inventory counts and reconciliation
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges
  • Reporting and Analysis of Inventory levels, projections, returns, etc.
  • Communicate OOS & discontinued items to internal team

 

Qualifications

  • Impressive organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Familiar with working in both an office and warehouse environment, with an understanding of warehouse operations
  • Experience with Netsuite or other ERP system
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years prior fulfillment experience, preferably at an e-commerce brand

      We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

      Responsibilities

      General

      • Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
      • Monitor and maintain office and break-room supplies inventory according to budget
      • Maintain secure reception area
      • Manage health and safety regulations in the office
      • Liaise with facility management vendors including cleaning, catering, and security services

      HR

      • Organize orientation and training of new staff members
      • Design, implement, and oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
      • Manage all payables
      • Collaborate with VP of Finance on staff payroll needs, reimbursements, exceptions
      • Post job ads, schedule interviews 

      Financial

      • Accounts payable
      • Collaborate with Finance team to establish and monitor procedures for efficient communication and record keeping
      • Maintain petty cash

       

      Qualifications

      • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
      • Knowledge of accounting, administrative, human resources management procedures
      • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
      • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
      • A creative mind & positive attitude, always coming to the table with suggestions and improvements
      • Reliable and dependable, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
